What to include in your message

A complete first message helps us solve the problem without a long back-and-forth. Include:

• Your phone model and Android version (Settings → About phone).
• The Come App version you have installed (Settings → Apps → Come → App info).
• A screenshot of the error or of the screen where you are stuck.
• What you already tried, such as restarting the phone, clearing the cache or reinstalling.
• Your registered username or player ID, if the issue is about your account.

Beware of impersonators

Scammers sometimes copy our name and logo on Telegram, WhatsApp and social media. Remember these rules:

• We never message you first. If a "Come support" account contacts you out of the blue, it is not us.
• We never ask for your OTP, password or PIN.
• We never ask you to make a deposit, pay a "verification fee" or send money to unlock a withdrawal.
• We only use the Telegram link on this page. Check that the address is exactly t.me/ddcomeplay.

If someone asks for any of the above, stop replying, block the account and report it on Telegram.
